Privacy Statement


Except where the law demands, all personal and sensitive information provided by my clients will be treated as private and confidential. Anything that is discussed during our sessions will be treated with the utmost confidence and will never be disclosed to anyone without your permission.





Payment is received upon booking a service. When you click on any of the ‘book now’ buttons on my website, it will prompt you to choose an appointment slot and then take you through the payment process. A booking cannot be made through my bookings system without immediate payment.  




Lateness & No-shows


I am willing to carry out a session if you are up to 10 minutes late. However, the session will still end at the allocated time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a session it will be treated as a no-show and payment will not be refunded.

If you are a no-show for a free session (i.e. a Discovery Call), you will not be allowed to re-schedule. 




Cancellations, Rearrangements & Refunds


All bookings are binding and I do not offer refunds on my services. Part of the requirements to work with me are that you are fully ‘in’. Refund policies allow clients to maintain a one-foot-out-the-door energy, which will affect your commitment, and inevitably the outcome. Therefore, it is your personal responsibility to consider all your options before committing to a package, program or service with me. 



If you find you can no longer attend an appointment, you may reschedule by providing 48 hours’ notice, and re-book the session within one week of the original appointment. Again, it is your personal responsibility to manage your time, and commitment to this process, as I manage my time and commitment to coaching you. 





I reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone. Reasons that I may refuse you service includes, but is not limited to, intoxication (alcohol or other substances), rude or aggressive behaviour, unrealistic expectations and vague commitments. In these circumstances, a full refund is often provided.
